TBA Compliance was founded in 2013  with a single mission: to help providers develop an effective corporate compliance program unique to their organization. We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customized, unique strategies that work for their organization and their identified risks.

TBA Consultants offers consultative  services from the unique perspective of LTC operators, nurses and compliance professionals.  This team, under the direction of Tamar Abell, CEO, has successfully implemented  compliance plans in a multitude of post acute care settings.  TBA Compliance has also assisted many organizations negotiate, implement and complete many quality of care Corporate Integrity Agreements with the Office of Inspector General.  This hands on approach provides practical implementation of a successful compliance program understanding “real world” challenges
